Reception opening hours
The reception is not staffed around the clock, which means you need to plan your check-in according to our hours – especially if you arrive late in the evening.
- Monday–Friday: 05:30–00:00
- Saturday: 07:00–00:00
- Sunday: 07:00–23:00
Arriving outside these hours? Contact the reception in advance at 031-395 11 00 and we'll find a solution for your check-in.

Close to Göteborg city centre
The hotel is well connected by tram and bus, making it easy to get into the city without a car. The Kviberg and Kvibergsskolan stops are just a short walk away.
From the stop, walk towards Kvibergs Kaserner and past it – you'll see Prioritet Serneke Arena straight ahead. The hotel is located inside the arena, so you can't miss it.
If you're driving from Landvetter Airport, the hotel is easy to reach via the E20 – exit at Munkebäckstorget/SKF and follow the signs towards SKF, then towards Utby at the traffic lights. Continue straight through two roundabouts – there are signs to the hotel the whole way. The arena is visible at the end of the road.
Parking is available on site – perfect if you're driving straight from the airport or have a car with you during the conference.
