Looking for a restaurant in Göteborg where the food is honest and the atmosphere is relaxed? Glenn is located at Kviberg Park Hotel, just twelve minutes from central Göteborg, and serves Italian-American food in an environment that feels like home – but with better chefs.
Think creamy pasta, juicy burgers and salads that actually taste like something. The menu is built to suit everyone – from families with young kids looking for an easy Tuesday night out to a group of friends pulling together an after work on a Friday. We want to be the place you come back to, not just when you're staying at the hotel, but because you love the food and enjoy the space. That's the whole point.

Lunch, dinner and after work under one roof
Glenn isn't a restaurant that just lives off hotel guests. We want to be a natural meeting place – for lunch in the middle of the workday, a proper dinner in the evening, or a glass of wine after work. The menu shifts with the seasons, but the Italian-American foundation is always there.
Lunch is served with a quick turnaround for those who have an hour to spare. In the evenings, we slow things down. It's more about lingering, sharing a starter and maybe trying something new from the menu. After work has become a chapter of its own – we've noticed more and more people finding their way here after work, especially those who've already trained at the arena and want to finish up with something good.

Hotel breakfast – open to non-guests too
Every morning we lay out a breakfast buffet at the hotel. Freshly baked bread, eggs done various ways, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and coffee that's actually strong enough to wake you up. It's a proper breakfast, in short – not a half-hearted continental.
You don't need to be a hotel guest to have breakfast with us. Whether you live nearby, have an early meeting in Göteborg, or simply want to start the day with something better than toast at the kitchen table – come on in. We have room, and the staff have coffee ready.

A home-away-from-home feel with room for everyone
One thing we often hear from guests is that Glenn doesn't feel like a typical hotel restaurant. We take that as a compliment. We've deliberately created an environment where you can come in your workout gear after a session at the arena, or in a blazer after a conference meeting – and feel equally welcome either way.
Families with children will find a menu that works for all ages. Couples looking for a quiet dinner will find that too. It's not about being everything to everyone, but about being a place where the bar to entry is low and the food delivers. The staff know the regulars by now, and that's exactly the kind of place we want to run.
